StarkStack operates on a local-first principle. This means the vast majority of your data—including execution traces, agent memory, and workspace context—never leaves your local machine unless you explicitly send it to a third-party LLM provider.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect minimal data required to manage your account and license:

• Email Address: For authentication and billing communication.
• License Status: To verify your access to premium features.
• Telemetry: Optional, anonymous usage statistics to improve performance (can be disabled).

3. Third-Party Providers

When you connect models (like GPT-4 or Claude), data is sent directly to those providers via their respective APIs. Your use of these models is subject to their privacy policies. StarkStack does not intercept or store your LLM prompt history on our servers.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. Since your memory and workflows are stored locally, you can delete, export, or modify them at any time without our intervention.
