1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StarkStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. StarkStack is a local-first cognitive runtime designed to coordinate AI models, agents, and workflows.

2. Local-First Architecture

StarkStack is designed to keep execution control with the user.

• Data Residency: Your sensitive context and local memory remain on your device.
• Provider Accountability: You are responsible for the API keys and costs associated with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) connected to StarkStack.

3. Human-in-the-Loop

You acknowledge that all automated actions within StarkStack are subject to your inspection and approval. We are not liable for autonomous decisions made by agents that you have authorized to execute without manual checkpointing.

4. Licensing

• Monthly Subscription: Grants access to all platform updates and the dashboard for the duration of the active billing cycle.
• Lifetime License: Grants perpetual access to the StarkStack runtime and core updates as an early supporter.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use StarkStack to build or deploy malicious agents, conduct unauthorized scraping, or violate the terms of service of the LLM providers integrated into your workspace.
